The face stock's calendered surface enables sharp dot reproduction for barcode scanning, photographic label art, and luxury brand packaging. Unlike kraft or woodfree substrates, copperplate paper requires an adhesive with precise tack and peel values to prevent curling, delamination, and print haze.

For best results on automated labeling lines and manual dispensers, follow the steps below.
Allow roll stock to acclimatize at 20–25 °C and 50% RH for at least 24 hours before converting or application. Avoid temperature extremes during transit.
Ensure the application surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, oils, or release agents. Wipe with isopropyl alcohol for critical applications such as glass vials or stainless housings.
Position carefully; press firmly from center outward with a squeegee or roller at ≥ 200 N/m to achieve full wet-out. Avoid air entrapment under the label face.
Initial handling strength is reached within 15–30 minutes. Full bond strength (for peel and shear ratings) develops within 24 hours at room temperature.
Reseal rolls in original packaging. Store horizontally on pallets at 18–25 °C away from direct light and ozone sources. Do not stack more than five rolls high.
