| 1 | Prepare the surface | Clean and dry the application surface. Remove grease, dust, or moisture. For curved surfaces, allow a 2–3 mm edge overlap. |
| 2 | Configure your printer | Select "Plain paper" or "Label" media type. For laser printers, set weight ≥ 80 gsm. For inkjet, choose "Normal quality" to avoid over-saturation. |
| 3 | Print & allow to set | After laser printing, allow 10–15 seconds for toner to cool before handling. For inkjet, allow 30 seconds drying time. |
| 4 | Peel the liner cleanly | Hold the label face-up and peel the glassine liner back at a 45° angle in one smooth motion to avoid stress on the adhesive. |
| 5 | Apply and smooth | Place one edge first, then press firmly from centre outward to eliminate air bubbles. Apply 5–10 N/cm² pressure for full adhesion. |
